about gldmnd
Gold Mind
GLDMND is a home for modern ritual, inner listening, and grounded spiritual practice — offering guided meditations, timely rituals, weekly classes, cacao ceremonies, and retreats that create space to slow down, reconnect, and access the wisdom (the gold) already within.
the DOORWAY
The many ways into GLDMND.
GLDMND is expressed through intimate spaces for reflection, ritual, stillness, and self-trust — from weekly classes and moon ceremonies to retreats, journals, and private gatherings.
1
Weekly Classes
Cosmic Alignment — a weekly class at True Nature in Carbondale, CO, weaving astrology, movement, meditation, and reflection together in a yoga class format every Tuesday evening at 5:30p.
2
Ceremony
Moon-timed gatherings designed to slow the noise and reconnect you with your inner knowing — including new moon ceremonies in the Kiva and full moon ceremonies in the Buckminster Fuller Dome.
3
Digital Rituals
Guided tools for reflection at home, including moon ceremonies, seasonal rituals, and the GLDMND Cacao Ceremony Journal. This is what we call “doing the work” and it’s a lifelong practice.
4
Silent Retreat
A five-day retreat in the mountains, held each October at Aspen Valley Sky Ranch — with three days in complete silence, nature, nourishment, and spaciousness, to explore your Gold Mind.
5
Private Offerings
Intimate ceremonies and bespoke experiences for weddings, sacred occasions, private groups, and 1:1 work — created through relationship and intention, connecting to self and rhythm.
Meet Nicole Lindstrom
The inquiry behind the work
I created GLDMND from a question I kept returning to in my own life:
What creates the conditions for our deepest clarity, creativity, wisdom, and transformation to emerge?
I’ve found the answer not in one method, teacher, or path, but in the quiet intelligence of lived experience — ceremony, silence, movement, heartbreak, nature, beauty, love, the moon, and the moments that ask us to stop performing certainty and start listening more deeply.
GLDMND is the expression of that inquiry.
Nicole Lindstrom is a yoga and meditation teacher, retreat facilitator, co-author of Wanderlust: A Modern Yogi’s Guide to Becoming Your Best Self, and founder of GLDMND. Her work weaves movement, meditation, cacao, ritual, astrology, silence, and nature-based reflection into experiences that help people slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom within.
What GLDMND means
The Gold Within
Gold is not manufactured. It already exists.
Hidden beneath layers of stone and water, it waits to be uncovered, refined, and revealed.
The same is true of us.
The gold within is not something we become. It is something we learn to access.
Beneath the noise of everyday life is a quieter quality of awareness — the place where experience becomes wisdom, clarity returns, and creativity opens.
This is Gold Mind.
A reminder that true wealth is not something we chase. It is something we uncover within.
The Orientation
Rhythm over roadmap.
We spend much of our lives looking for answers. Another book. Another teacher. Another podcast. Another plan. As though the next piece of information might finally quiet the uncertainty.
But the moments that change us rarely arrive when we are searching for the answer. They arrive when we slow down enough to listen.
When we look up to see the night sky.
When we ponder in silence.
When we lose ourselves to the beauty of nature.
When awe and gratitude become something we can feel.
The moon does not tell us who we are. The seasons do not give us instructions. Nature is not here to hand us answers.
But rhythm gives us a way to listen.
The moon, breath, body, seasons, and natural world remind us that life does not move in straight lines. It unfolds. It cycles. It asks different things of us in different seasons.

Five Pillars of GLDMND
These are not separate topics. They are the living framework behind every ceremony, retreat, practice, and reflection.
1
Living in Rhythm
Returning to the natural cycles of moon, season, body, breath, and life itself.
2
Cultivating Awareness
Developing the presence and perception that allow clarity, creativity, and insight to emerge.
3
Conscious Becoming
Participating intentionally in who we are becoming through lived experience and choice.
4
Meaningful Connection
Using relationship with self, others, nature, and community as a mirror for growth.
5
Inspired Living
Allowing insight to become embodied through creativity, purpose, beauty, and service.
the practice
The practices are doorways.
Yoga, cacao, breath work, meditation, sound, journaling, silence, nature, retreat, and meaningful conversation are not separate offerings. They are different doorways into the same place: a quieter, clearer, more connected quality of awareness.
Daily Practice
Journals, rituals, reflections, and at-home practices that carry the work into everyday life.
Ceremony
Moon-timed gatherings with cacao, breath, movement, sound, and guided self-inquiry.
Retreat
Immersive experiences in nature designed to restore rhythm, attention, and creative clarity.
