How it works.
This challenge is all about grabbing hold of the wheel << of your life >> and realigning it with what you value most.
PREPARE
As soon as you sign up - you will receive the the preparation workshop + challenge workbook.
I will guide you through personal inquiry to reflect on where you are now << in our four areas of focus >> and provide you with a simple + effective framework for taking conscious action towards where you would like to go.
Once complete - you will be well equipped to flow through our 10 days of morning + evening ritual and practice - implementing your action plans.
DAYS 1 - 10
You will wake up early for your morning ritual + practice, stepping your best foot forward to complete your daily action plans.
In the evening, you will move into your evening ritual with a meditation and time for tracking your progress + setting yourself up for the next day.
DAY 10
You will see that the Spring Re·fresh is real!
Relishing with your sparkly eyes, glowing skin, clear mind, vibrant body and clean home.
This challenge will kick off May 1st and all content will be available through June 21st.
